Do you see people Virtually or in-person?

I see people primarily via Zoom and I can also see people at the Woodstock Therapy Center office located at 15 Pine Grove Street, Woodstock New York.

What can expect in the first session?

In our initial session I will find out more about you and gather information on your health, mental health, family, social and personal history. In our next sessions, we’ll explore the steps you can take to move you in the direction you would like to go. I want you to leave sessions feeling empowered to make positive changes in your life.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes I do! Currently, I accept UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Oxford. I bill these sessions through Headway (https://care.headway.co/providers/maria-granda?utm_source=pem&utm_medium=direct_link&utm_campaign=27734). I also accept MVP, CDPHP and Humana and I bill these through the individual insurance companies. If you prefer to pay for your sessions my cash rate is 150$ an hour and I am able to give you a bill to send to your insurance company to seek reimbursement if you choose.
